Create your stamp program

Set the reward, the stamps needed and the terms, then share the QR code so customers can join.

With a stamp card, every purchase that meets your terms earns one stamp. When a customer completes the card, they get a reward and start a new round. There's no app to download: the card lives on their phone, with its own QR code.

Create the program

  1. Name the reward

    In Reward, enter what the customer gets, such as “Free lunch”. This is also the program's name.

  2. Choose how many stamps

    In Stamps required, a number from 2 to 30. Each eligible purchase earns one stamp.

  3. Write the terms

    In Program terms, explain which purchases earn a stamp and how the reward is redeemed. Customers read them before joining.

  4. Check the switches

    Program enabled allows new cards and stamps. Open signup lets any customer join; turn it off for an invitation-only program.

  5. Tap Publish program

Only Owners and Administrators create and configure programs.

Change a program

Tap Configure next to the program, then Save program. If you change the reward, the stamps required or the terms, a new version is published: customers who already have the card keep the terms they joined with, including in later rounds, and the new version applies to people who join from now on. Turning the switches on or off doesn't create a version.

Up to 10 programs

You can run up to 10, for example 4 stamps for a drink and 10 for a lunch. Each program is a separate card with its own code and its own stamps. New customers get all your open cards; existing customers activate new ones from their card page.

Programs can't be deleted. If you no longer want one, turn off Program enabled: it stops giving out new cards and stamps, but customers keep their card and can still redeem rewards they've earned. Disabled programs still count toward the 10.

Share the program

Tap Customer QR at the top of Stamps. You'll find a QR code to print and the Program link, with Copy link. Customers use that link to create or recover their card, and your online menu also shows them a My card button. See how customers use their card.

Choose the Background color, the Card theme and the Stamp symbol, such as a star, a heart or a coffee bean; the preview shows the result. The design is shared by all your programs. When you tap Save changes, cards your customers have already saved update on their own.

Before your first customers

Fill in the privacy details under My restaurant › Profile. Without them, nobody can create a new card.

Frequently asked questions

I lowered the target from 10 to 8 stamps. Do current customers need 8 now?

No. Each card keeps the version it joined with, even after a reward is redeemed. The 8-stamp target applies to people who join from now on.

Can I give two stamps for a big order?

No. Each eligible purchase earns one stamp, whatever its value.

Do stamps or rewards expire?

No. Collected stamps and earned rewards have no expiry date.
