If it should also appear in other sections, tick them under Additional categories.

Photos
Tap Upload image and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP of up to 5 MB, or paste the link to an image that starts with https://. Without a photo, your menu shows an icon instead.
Sold out, archived and restored
- Sold out: turn off the switch in the Available column of the list, or Available to order inside the product. Customers still see it, marked “Currently sold out”, but can't order it.
- Archived: turn on Archive product. It disappears from your menu, and past orders keep it.
- Restored: in the availability filter choose Archived, open the product, turn off Archive product and save.
Products are never deleted, so your order history stays complete. Use Search products… and the All categories, Active catalog, Unavailable and Archived filters to find things quickly.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete a product?
Products can't be deleted. Archive it with Archive product: it disappears from your menu and you can restore it any time.
If I change a price, do orders I've already received change?
No. Each order keeps the prices from the moment it was placed. The new price applies to later orders.
The same product is in two categories. Do I mark it sold out twice?
No. It's one product shown in several sections, so marking it sold out applies everywhere.
Why doesn't a product show on my menu?
It may be archived, or all its categories may be hidden. If it shows but can't be ordered, check whether it's sold out or its category is outside its hours.
