See how your restaurant is doing

Reports shows your orders, confirmed value, top products, customers, stamps and coupons for a period, next to the period before.

Open Reports to see how many orders you got, what they add up to, what sells most, when orders come in and how many customers come back. Each number sits next to the one for the period before, so you can tell at a glance whether you're doing better or worse.

Where to find it
  1. Reports

Choose the period

  • Today: since midnight, compared with yesterday up to the same time.
  • Last 7 days and Last 30 days: today and the days before it, compared with the 7 or 30 days before that up to the same time.
  • This month: since the 1st, compared with the previous month up to the same day and time. When the previous month doesn't have that day, such as 31 March against February, it's compared with the whole previous month.

Days start at your restaurant's midnight, in the time zone set in My restaurant, including the days the clocks change. At the top you see both periods' dates and when the numbers were worked out; the refresh button brings the latest right away.

What each number means

  • Orders: every order that came in during the period, in any status, cancelled ones included. They're split by source (Menu or Tablet) and by status.
  • Confirmed value: the total of the orders your team confirmed, that is, those Confirmed, Preparing, Ready or Completed. Orders still Awaiting confirmation and cancelled ones don't count.
  • New and returning customers: people who ordered from your menu, one per phone number, as in Customers. A customer is new if their first order was in the period, and returning if they had ordered from you before. Tablet orders don't ask for contact details and don't count here.
  • Top products: the first five by quantity or by value, on orders that weren't cancelled. Value is each product's amount before discounts and delivery.
  • When orders come in: by weekday and hour, or by hour for Today next to yesterday's. Previous period shows the same chart for the previous period, on the same scale, and pointing at a cell shows both numbers. Useful for planning shifts and prep.
  • Stamp card: per program, stamps given (not counting corrected ones), rewards redeemed and new cards, and how many people joined your card.
  • Coupons: how many times they were used and how much discount you gave, on orders that weren't cancelled.

When there's no data yet

If your restaurant is new, you'll see a notice until the first order comes in. If it started partway through the previous period, the comparison is incomplete and you won't see percentage changes; if it started after it, you'll see No previous period.
